20. Management and Owners are not responsible for personal items loss due to fire, theft or accident on the park premises. Please contact local authorities when necessary.

21. Failure to abide by any of the park rules will result in immediate eviction. If you are evicted from the park for ANY reason there will be NO REFUNDS of fees paid.

Rules, Polices and Rates may change at any time without notice.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Telephone service for the Park is provided by Verizon. If you are having problems with phone service please contact them directly.

High Speed Cable Internet is provided by Charter Cable please contact them if you are having trouble with the service.

If you are having cable TV problems contact the manager of Sea Bird RV and we will attempt to restore the service.
