1. All buildings are designated Non-smoking areas. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

2. Hours - all buildings, 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Special arrangements can be made for other hours with management approval.

3. Space rates are based on double occupancy(2 persons per RV), one RV per space. Electrical, water, sewer and cable TV are restricted to your RV. Additional hook-ups are not allowed without managements approval.

4. The Recreation (Rec) Room can be reserved for special occasions with

managements prior approval. Reserved times must be posted 24 hours in advance of the reserved time.

5. ALL vehicles including boats and trailors must be parked in your space. Some perimeter boat/trailer parking is available but limited. Prior arrangement must be made with the management. Parking in empty spaces is not allowed at anytime, vehicles will be towed away at the owners expense. Parking is not allowed in painted yellow zones.

6. Washing vehicles in spaces is not permitted. Vehicles and boats may be washed at the dump station near the entrance of the park. Both traffic lanes   continued on page 2
